Donna Dessau is an exemplary nurse. She personifies nursing through her empathy and her ability to provide excellent care to her patients. Donna has been nominated by her peers in order to recognize her selflessness and extraordinary team spirit. She is a clinical expert who loves to teach and mentor staff to perform at the top of their license. She is currently working on a TRIP Project to improve patient outcomes in labor and delivery by encouraging patient movement and positioning during labor. The Labor and Delivery Team are truly thankful and privileged to be working with Donna.
