From the moment I took the tour to the days sitting in the NICU with my son, Donna has been a true support person for me. I cried during the tour as I knew my son would face a tough start. Donna held my hand for 5 minutes and just talked, she explained things and I left with such relief. I will be forever grateful for her extraordinary care and unwavering support she provided my family after my son was born and needed the Special Care Nursery. She is the calm I needed, always smiling, there are not enough words to explain my gratitude and to say how awesome she is.
