From the beginning of my son’s stay, Donna has been attentive, willing, available and on target with each task. You cannot even tell the difference that she has more than one patient. Whenever or however, she was always on top of her business. I felt safe with my son in her care. She went above and beyond to make sure we, as the parents, understood everything that was happening. She never ignored one call, not one! She never forgot a request and she always came right back. Thank you for treating my son as one of your family members. It is truly, truly, appreciated.
