Donna treated my mom as her own mom. She was so caring anytime she worked with my mom. She knew how to make her comfortable with her anxiety and always had my mom's best interest. She looked at my mom as a whole person and assessed her immediate needs. Ochsner is indeed fortunate to have Donna on their staff.
