Donna is a “ray of sunshine”!
Always willing to give 100% to others, team members and patients alike. This nurse leader is supportive and is the first one to tell us, we should be proud of the care we are giving. There is no one situation that does justice because truly has the best attitude always. Donna Hierta is never afraid to help, and always puts patients first. I have heard this nurse leader tell patients that she thinks of them as family and acts like it. She is a “ray of sunshine”! A kind, “comfortable”, amazing woman and nurse. Patients are #1. Donna is always there for us. This nurse leader is putting compassionate patient care as first priority. She listened to my concern and immediately took action to complete my request. Kudos.
