Donna Hopp, RN, BSN
Donna is being recognized for the exceptional care and compassion she provided to my husband and our family during an incredibly difficult time. My husband underwent a sudden and stressful situation that left us facing many overwhelming decisions. Donna was a constant source of guidance and reassurance throughout this journey.
From the very beginning, she helped us understand the difference between open-heart surgery and valve replacement. She patiently answered every question and helped us navigate each step with clarity and confidence. Donna’s communication was outstanding, timely, thoughtful, and thorough, both during and after the surgery.
What truly stood out was her calm and steady presence. She has a unique ability to be both deeply professional and genuinely personal. Her approach put us at ease, and she explained complex medical information in a way that we could understand, making an overwhelming experience feel more manageable.
