Donna Joyner-Dillahunt, RN

Ms. Donna began helping me on Monday when I called the nurse’s help desk. I had surgery the previous week and had a difficult time with my stent that I was supposed to self-remove. My urologist was out of the office through Thursday. Ms. Donna was very compassionate with my situation and could tell I was anxious about the situation. She worked to get me seen by another doctor for X-ray and removal. During this period, she was in communication with me to ensure I was taken care of. She called me back with updates and even came out to see me this morning at my appointment. This is exemplary care for patients. Just as a daisy is a sacred flower for the goddess of love, beauty, and new beginnings, Ms. Donna was a bright spirit helping me. Her demeanor is very personal, and she made me feel like I was her #1 priority even though she was juggling many things.
