Donna is not only a great nurse, but also makes other nurses better. Donna is a phenomenal human being; that is clearly demonstrated in every interaction with her. Her attributes make her an amazing nurse. The best nurses are kind, caring, giving, compassionate, empathetic, attentive, and go above and beyond in everything they do. Donna is definitely one of the best nurses I know.
Donna has always been extremely approachable. It makes it easy to utilize her as a necessary resource. She makes everyone feel comfortable asking her questions and openly being able to voice concerns. Donna displays great professional character. Every encounter is pleasant and memorable.
Somehow, she manages to calm everyone around her and always tries to educate and explain things after a "rapid" situation. Donna also uses words of encouragement after stressful situations. Meaning, even after a "rapid" is over, she still goes above and beyond - Always!
