I feel that Donna goes above and beyond – always waits to make sure my pills are taken, always checks to make sure I have ice in my water, checks to see that I have walked and if I haven’t, she walks me. She has a caring attitude, makes me feel at home, in the hospital.
Special note: The patient was present the day Donna received The DAISY Award which made it even more of a special day for Donna.
