This is the first time that I have met her, and I was very impressed with how thorough and courteous she was. You could really tell that she was very concerned about veterans and took pride in working with them. I wish other nurses would take the time to explain things to you and keep explaining until you understand. She was very patient. I look forward to encountering her in the future.
