Donna Lorraine Perez, RN

First off, I have had my fair share of stays in hospitals and rehab facilities, and I have never had the true compassion and ongoing care that Nurse Donna Perez gave. She was very attentive to every need that I had, and she was always on point with making sure I was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. Donna is the sweetest, most loving, and caring nurse I have ever had take care of me. I had some struggles with depression, and she talked with me and listened to me, and she was able to help me get over my depression hump. Every night that I had her, she was able to put a smile on my face and comfort in my heart. She deserves the DAISY Award and so much more for being the most outstanding person I know! She has taken nursing to a whole new level with her outstanding personality and spectacular work ethic. All of the staff at DRH-73 inpatient Rehab are truly wonderful, but Nurse Donna Perez is way above and beyond excellent at everything she does!
