When Donna left after her shift, she went somewhere and bought me a package of hearing aid batteries. She would not take payment for them, nor had I asked her to get them for me. I consider this exceptional and compassionate care for a patient. As an individual with hearing impairment, I feel at a loss when the hearing aid is disabled. I had only seen Donna 2-3 times as she ministered to me. Her actions encouraged me at a needed time and showed an example of what an action of Christ's love can do to lift one's spirit. Thank you, Donna, and may you receive many times over the blessing you gave me.
