We would all like to thank Donna. She is an amazing case manager who puts so much extra effort into her job making sure everything goes smoothly with patient transfers.
One transfer in particular, she spent an enormous amount of time and effort on. We had a critical patient who needed to be sent back to Sweden. The work that she did, in this case, was absolutely amazing. She even went so far as to come into work on her day off to see this transfer fully through and off with the flight crew. All of the nurses here in the ICU see how hard she works for all these patients and the care and dedication that she puts into doing her job every single day. We are so grateful that she is here working with us.
