I work part-time at Campton Restaurant as a waitress. This is where I met Donna. She will visit me on her way to work to grab a bite to eat. On Saturday, I was taking her order as normal. However, when I went to write, I could not write. I thought, "I can remember it to put in the order". When I got to the computer to put the order in, I couldn't remember. I went back to Donna so she could repeat the order. I sat down at the table with her, and I told her that I couldn't write and asked her what was going on with me. She said that maybe my blood sugar had dropped and sent me to drink some sweet tea. I came back, and she wanted to know if I would write. So I started writing. It was better, but not perfect. She said that I could be having a stroke and that I needed to go to the hospital. I told her my doctor is in Gwinnett, and she said to go to the Barrow ER. She told me she was on her way to work and that she would see me when she got there. She explained to me that if it is a stroke, that I have a small window of time. I got there, and she called ahead and told them I was on my way. I would hope this world would have more Donnas to help people. I sure love Ms. Donna. She is the best!

We received a call from Donna at the ER, saying she was sending a lady who was maybe having a stroke to the ER. Donna had been at a restaurant when her waitress advised her that she couldn't write, and wanted to know what was happening to her. Donna told her to drink some sweet tea in case her blood glucose was low, and she told her go to Barrow. "I’m on my way to work I’ll see you when I get there".
