Donna Minor, RN

Donna is always excellent at what she does. She is always going above and beyond. In one particular instance, there was a veteran who needed medical care very badly. Otherwise, it could have resulted in a very bad outcome. Donna did everything she could to get this veteran here at the VA to be seen. She went above and beyond to get this veteran a free phone. The phone he had before ran on minutes, and we had a very hard time contacting him. Donna is so full of positive energy. She is always nice to everyone. Donna is compassionate, she's joyous, and all the veterans love her. She is a light that will always shine bright.
