After being in the hospital for a few days, we knew as a family that we were experiencing exceptional care--then Donna walked in. It wasn't just by chance that Donna was assigned to our room because she attended so well to my anxieties about breast feeding. This is our third child and I had never had a good experience with breast feeding but knew I wanted to try again. Donna made me feel calm about the experience and even empowered me to try harder and kept reassuring me that I was doing a great job. No matter what the outcome, I was still going to be a wonderful successful mother.

Donna also exceeded every expectation during an evening shift--she devoted several hours to our family's comfort. She offered so many comforts to me, my husband and our baby. Not to mention her devotion to ensuring the baby was latching correctly, sucking correctly, giving me pointers to help me be successful. I acutally said to my husband after she left for the night that "she is like a mom, devoted to making me feel every comfort--psychologically and physically." Donna is incredible.
