Donna Phaneuf, RN

In June I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and Nurse Donna Phaneuf, was assigned to me. She was very reassuring and very efficient. She explained each step before it happened and took time to listen. Having worked in the customer service industry and currently in the education field, I believe in telling people when they are doing a good job. There’s plenty of negativity around us, but positivity begets more positivity. I want to thank Donna again for her dedication and her bedside manner that put me at ease through my procedure.
