Donna sat and listened to my mother's fears and guilt about withdrawing care for my grandmother and it really helped my mom get everything off her chest and start healing too. Nobody else was able to help her open up like that and it was amazing to watch. Donna is truly a remarkable woman. She has inspired me and I want to be just like her when I become an RN. She never stopped caring about my grandmother and gave it 110% no matter what. She connected with us on such a personal level and she really helped when it came to sorting out family issues, troubled feelings, and the comfort and care of my grandmother. She also took great care of me, bringing me coffee at 5 am because I ran out and helped me to cope with what was happening.
