Donna is an Incredible nurse! She has endless patience. The way she connected with our father and cared for him was so special to witness. He was so ill! She spoke to him with dignity, looked him in the eye, and asked him questions about how he could be comforted and how she could help. Her attention to his needs and care was meticulous in the most gentle and caring way. We are very grateful to have Donna caring for our father! She is a gem. Her work clearly is award-winning! In addition, she educated my sister and me regularly reassuring us and teaching us. Also, a very special thing Donna truly treated our dad like she was treating her own!
