Since the first time we met Donna, we formed a bond. We became family with her. She not only made us feel comfortable, she assured us that we would be taken care of. She goes above and beyond her job description. Her knowledge base is excellent. She is not only an RN with a myriad of knowledge; she is a caring, loving, friendly individual who enjoys her profession! She keeps her cool in busy or stressful situations. She displays empathy when discussing our situation. As a former RN myself, I believe she is the epitome of what an RN should be. She makes us smile every time we see her.
