Our family was traumatized by events during and after my family member's surgery. Donna was our night nurse. Words can't possibly capture her performance. She was competent, compassionate, exhibited excellent interpersonal skills, willingly shared her wisdom, enthusiastic, spoke with honesty, and positively was the "calm in the storm". She was just amazing. We cannot express our thanks in mere words. We will never forget Donna and will always be very grateful that we had a chance to meet this wonderful person.
