My stepfather came into the hospital and was transferred to ICU. He was extremely critical. Donna educated us on everything she was doing every time she came in. She was kind and loving when caring for him. She did not take for granted that we are healthcare professionals. She was responsive and kind at every request and treated us like we were family. She has a beautiful spirit and compassion.
