Donna Waksman, RN

For almost a year Donna has worked diligently to manage my husband's medication coverage. The road has been difficult, time-consuming, and frustrating. Donna has gone above and beyond to help us achieve the most effective prescription for him and to aid us in the coverage. Donna could have and most would have settled for the answers long ago but she put Tim's needs above the convenience. She is always available to speak to on this matter. She never appears rushed or bothered though I am sure she is always busy. We are not the only people she is responsible for. For these reasons, and I am sure I speak for many others. I believe that Donna deserves to be awarded a DAISY Award.
