Donna has been a committed member of the HCMC Psychiatry Clinic for 20+ years. She consistently displays a high level of compassion for our patients. She has become a crucial member of the support team for many patients with serious and persistent mental illness. She takes the time to get to know patients and to understand their unique challenges. She is a steady, calm presence in the clinic which is helpful to both the staff and patients.
She is warm and welcoming to all new staff in the clinic. Despite how busy she may be, she always welcomes people to approach her for help. She will stop whatever she is doing to provide support to anyone who needs help.
Our patients are lucky to have her calm presence in their lives and the clinic is blessed to have her gentle spirit as part of the team to get us all grounded and positive.
