One of Donna's patients was very sad. It was his wife's birthday today and because he was in the hospital, he could not buy a bouquet of flowers like he normally did on her birthday. Donna, without alerting anyone, purchased a bouquet that the patient could give his wife. The patient was overcome with joy and was so thankful that someone cared so much.
