I am very greatful to Donna, she was the main nurse for my brother. He was getting an injection in his hip. My brother is scared of needles. He is 63 years old. Donna was very relaxed and calm. She was making jokes and got him to calm down. Also, when she inserted the IV he didn't flinch. He said he really didn't feel it! Thank you so much. You did an AWESOME job! My brother doesn't take pain well at ALL. Thank you for caring.
