Dora Armah, RN

Dora is an exceptional team player. She is always asking how she can help, especially in difficult situations. I was caring for a quickly declining patient and Dora jumped right in. She was running around the unit to grab everything we needed. She even helped with the messy tasks, without hesitation or being prompted. It saved me time and we were able to upgrade the patient safely with critical information gathered by Dora. Dora is resourceful, kind, quick-thinking, and loyal. She is an excellent nurse and an even better coworker. I feel thankful she’s on our team, and I’m positive her patients do too.
