I was admitted to Vidant ED thinking that I had a kidney stone, and instead I delivered a healthy baby boy around 6:17am the next day. Dorathy Subash was my day nurse. She was comforting, helpful, and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to help me with breastfeeding, even more so than the lactation specialists. She is obviously a nurse who cares about her patients, and her bedside manner is one of the best I've ever experienced. She has a quiet, positive disposition. Labor and Delivery surely has an asset on their team in Dorathy. She is definitely not just a good nurse...she is a top notch nurse...and an outstanding person. I feel very blessed that we were in her care.
