This is my second readmission here. I have been battling serious complications from a previous surgery several months ago. Doreen tended to me both times. Her kind, warm, and genuinely caring demeanor put me at ease during an incredibly trying and melancholy time. She does far more than what is asked. She held my hand when I cried and listened attentively to all my concerns and fears. Most importantly, the sun she radiates motivated me to keep fighting and to keep looking at the sunny side of life. She was my angel, and you all are blessed to have her!
