Dori was taking care of a young man who came into the ER with a bad infection to his arm. The patient didn't want to stay and left the ER AMA. The ER physician learned that the patient left the ER AMA and was concerned he could possibly lose his arm. Dori tried to reach out to the patient, but the number listed was the patient's father. The patient's father was also concerned after speaking with Dori and was able to reach his son and convinced him to come back to the ER. He was taken to emergency surgery stat. Thanks to Dori the patient received the medical treatment he needed that possibly saved his arm.
