My father was admitted to CCU. My mother and I were very scared and nervous about this admission. Her calming mannerisms were amazing. She went above and beyond during his stay. We had a lot of questions and she answered them all. She even printed out information about his medications. She coordinated communication through 3 doctors. She instantly assisted with each request whether it be to get pain medications or warm hot chocolate. She is amazing.
