It is an amazing experience for me to see a nurse who is so much at home with children and brings herself to their level. Dorothy's excellent knowledge in installing the eye drops for my little son with patience is mind-blowing because he was not cooperative, hitting and kicking her and refusing the drops. She was not upset; she is so used to this practice and smiling. She was trying to play with him instead until she was able to instill those eye drops for him.
