Due to COVID, outside visitors to the patient are not permitted. Dorothy made time to visit the patient frequently, bringing him clean laundry, his computer, phone charger, etc. - anything he needed. One day when the patient was very uncomfortable with chapped lips, Dorothy went to the gift shop and bought him lip balm. I'm certain Dorothy did many other thoughtful gestures that I am not aware of.
