I would like to thank Dorothy for making me feel at ease as she prepared me for my hip replacement surgery. Dorothy's expert care gave me the confidence that my surgery was being handled in the utmost professional manner possible as she explained each step of the process to me and my wife. I truly appreciated her for having a great sense of humor (compression stocking - Spanx) it helped to calm my nervousness. Dorothy's genuine calm and caring manner shows that her care comes from the heart and you trust her for it! She is so smooth and efficient at providing excellent care that it's all done and over before you know it, you are ready for surgery. That's an efficient nurse who knows her profession! She is an excellent example of a great nurse. Dorothy provided me with superb care.
