Ms. Dorothy Hinds, on our first encounter, smiled and reassured our family member that he is in good hands. "We are going to take good care of you", she said. Immediately she found out his condition and provided information about his condition. We both were impressed how quickly she came back with information and took the time to explain his hospital stay. Every visit in the room, Dorothy provided us with updated lab work, doctors upcoming visits, and always speaking or conferencing with the doctors to come to his room and explain his care plan. We wish to thank Dorothy for her outstanding compassionate care to us!
