Dot has stuck out to me. Goes above and beyond. I had a rash that she went and got medicine for me. I was having anxiety and she sat and talked to me about my cat and helped me to calm down. She is natural and warm, had a big smile on her face the second day I was in the hospital and it felt like she was excited to see me. She is exceptional.
