When my husband was admitted to ICU, we were frightened. Doug explained to us all what he was doing in our language for us to understand. He also explained to us what all the doctors were saying. He was constantly at my husband's side and taking care of him with compassion and dignity. All this is done with a smile. He is an excellent nurse. He is definitely devoted to excellent care.
