I came into your ER awhile back and Doug Hensley treated me fabulous! He was my nurse, and he talked to me, went by all the regulations, and took excellent care of me. He was so nice and treated me wonderfully. Then a week later, I came to your hospital to get some medical records and happened to run into Doug in the hallway. He asked how I was feeling, and when he learned that I needed to go to medical records, he took me there himself so I would go to the right place.
