Doug is always kind to patients and fellow team members, always available for emotional support after challenging cases or if he notices someone struggling. He is very aware of new team members and takes a kind, guiding stance. He ensures thorough teaching of student nurses also. Having Doug on during my shift means everything will go smoothly and gives me peace of mind.
