I came in with alcohol withdrawal and actually hesitated because with my addiction, I am always treated with judgment and I feel like I lose a little dignity every time I visit an ER for withdrawals. Doug was very kind, and not only did I leave feeling better, but I also left with my dignity intact. I am so thankful for the ER experience from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left.
