Doug was a total absolute angel to our dear mother. He attended to her and was so great. She was blessed to have him as her nurse. It also helped that she was his patient over multiple days. It makes it comfortable to have consistency and not too many changes. Our family wants to thank Doug for being outstanding and helping her through this difficult time. Things can be hectic when you're in the hospital but it makes it easier when you have good care while going through this ordeal. We will be forever thankful and never forget how much Doug made a difference in our lives.

Doug would constantly go above the call of duty. It is the little things that make the world of difference. He took the time to make sure I was very comfortable. He made sure that all the loose ends were taken care of.
