Dr. Angele Davis, Associate Professor, DNP

Anyone who has been through nursing school knows how it can consume you and how tempting it is to give up. One specific example is last semester; whenever I was in my clinical nursing course, I got pneumonia in the middle of fall softball and classes. Dr. Davis not only allowed me to reschedule my test for next week, but she also offered to bring me food to my apartment because my family is out of state. She is passionate about nursing, and she not only focuses on disease processes but she is a huge advocate for patient care. I truly do not believe I would still be in nursing school if it weren’t for Dr. Davis.
