I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the phenomenal job that nurse Dracey Quevedo of 4 Dean is doing. I am familiar with this hospital because I used to work here, and I bring my mother here very often. I want to praise the whole team of 4 Dean, with an absolute emphasis on nurse Dracey.

I really saw her excel with her kindness, professionalism, knowledge, expertise in teaching others, leadership skills, and how she always went beyond requirements. My stay here was a breeze because of her. She took the time to listen to me and to help me with my specific needs.

I am a patient with chronic pain and very sensitive skin. When she injected me with iron and B6, it was like a light mosquito bite; it was so smooth. I am happy that she is a great addition to your team. She has a very lovely personality, and I encourage management to prepare her because she is amazing!
