A patient nominated Dream for her excellent, attentive care. Dream brought him coffee, answered his questions, and continually checked on him. On the patient’s last day, Dream promised him four walks, and although her shift was over, Dream escorted him on his final walk. “I told her she was off and to go home to her family, and she said, ‘I promised you four, and we are doing four.’ Before she left the room, she told me I was a good patient; she hugged me and told me to keep working on getting better.”
