Drew is an exceptional ER nurse who cared for my mother during a recent visit. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive and compassionate, which made all the difference during an otherwise very stressful experience. What stood out the most was how he treated my mom - not just as a patient, but as a person. He took the time to explain everything that was happening in a clear and reassuring way and never rushed or dismissed our questions. His friendliness and calm demeanor helped my mom feel at ease and even brought some levity to the situation. Somehow, Drew made her almost enjoy her ER visit, which is no small feat! Drew's ability to combine professionalism with genuine human connection deserves recognition. Thanks to him, my mom felt heard, safe, and well cared for during a vulnerable time. We are incredibly grateful to Drew and think he is very deserving of this award!
