My father was admitted to the coronary care unit; I was so grateful that he had a nurse called Duaa as primary nurse. She was understanding, caring, and compassionate. Even though sometimes my father is difficult and stubborn, she was so calm and had a lot of patience. When she was on duty, I knew my dad was in good hands. Duaa was able to act immediately when there were changes in my father's condition.
