Duffin is a very special healthcare professional. He responds to every request with a big smile. He carries out his duties quickly and efficiently, and always with a kind word. When my mom was in pain he was able to distract her with humor and make her smile or laugh. When medications were difficult for her to take he found ways to make it easier for her to swallow them.
He truly is one of a kind and we can't praise him enough for the level of care he provided and the compassion he showed, not only to the patient but the family as well.
