Duke Haley, RN

Duke was just an amazing nurse. He came into the room and immediately started talking to us. He was our HEE MAN. It wasn’t long before we both were laughing and giggling. I knew it was going to be ok. I had a good nurse. His humor helped to ease my anxiety. He told us about the visit and everything that was going to happen, happened. He was nice to me and considerate of what I was going through. Duke has an incredible talent to reach people where they are and, even in suffering, bring humor to help ease the anxiety and suffering. This communication is so important to help trust someone that they are going to do everything in their power to care for you and make sure you are going to leave the ED.
