I don't have a specific story because Dulce is consistently compassionate and kind. She is the type of person I could never imagine being mean. She is always helpful, hardworking, and humble. As a long-time patient, I've seen her deal with combative patients and she diffuses the tension with exceptional care. She's really good at communicating and staying focused. She doesn't get fazed by difficult situations, and she is a pro. She's the epitome of the type of nurse I want for myself and everyone else who needs care. Thanks for listening.
