As a student in the DNP program, Dumebi’s peers recognize his excellence in regard to a holistic and highly dedicated approach to patient care, as several student colleagues shared: “Dumebi is very passionate about the field of nursing and what it stands for. He is aware of each patient’s individual needs holistically and takes the time to listen to each one. He is able to connect with patients easily due to his understanding of what a great nurse is. Even after work hours, he is committed to making sure his patients are well.

His doctoral preceptor echoed these student comments, as he shared: “During my time as Mr. Dumebi’s preceptor, and then colleague, I can tell you his commitment towards his patients and families is incomparable. Patient satisfaction is very important to him, and he goes above and beyond to ensure its fruition at the end.

Faculty members also shared Dumebi’s exceptional outcomes based on his efforts in Chamberlain’s master’s and doctoral programs: “Dumebi exemplifies the Chamberlain CARE traits. He has the caring and confidence of a highly mature and devoted professional who takes on numerous challenges.
